Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery (UAE)

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Cost:

    • Free for orders over AED 100

    • AED 15 for orders under AED 100

  • Delivery Coverage: All locations within the United Arab Emirates

  • Optional: Specific date and time delivery available for an extra fee

How Delivery Works

  1. Place your order and select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  2. Receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

  3. Your order will arrive within the estimated delivery window.

  4. Collect your products at the designated delivery location.

Product Types

  • Small & Large Items: Same delivery terms apply (1–3 business days, free over AED 100)

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Yalla Herb purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • A return fee of AED 15 applies

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health & personal care items


Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at yallaherb@vitacosma.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our support team.
    Do not return items to the manufacturer.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refund processing time: Within 14 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

Partial Refunds May Apply

  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)

  • Returns made after 30 days of delivery


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please email yallaherb@vitacosma.com with photos of the issue to request an exchange.


Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your card provider or bank (processing may take time).

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at yallaherb@vitacosma.com.
